Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC installation, maintenance, or repair experience.
• Proficient with a range of HVAC tools and concepts.
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience; clean driving record essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment at customer locations.
• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and maintain rent-ready equipment.
• Guide and mentor junior technicians in HVAC systems and customer service.
