Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• NEBB or AABC certification preferred, but not required.
• Strong math skills for air and hydronic balancing.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, specs and SOWs.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Test, adjust, and balance air and water HVAC systems to meet design specs.
• Inspect systems to verify compliance with plans and identify issues.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specs, control schematics, and data.
• Document testing and balancing activities using reporting procedures.
