A leading stone installation firm in Richmond, CA is looking for a Field Helper to assist installation teams with high-quality stone projects. The ideal candidate should be physically capable and willing to learn in a team-oriented environment. This is a non-exempt hourly position with a pay range of $20.00 – $25.00 per hour based on experience. Benefits include 401(k) match, health insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and engage in physical labor.
• Previous experience with hand tools or forklifts is a plus.
• Comfortable with PPE and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist installation crews with layout and basic stone/tile installation.
• Load, unload, and transport heavy stone slabs and tools safely.
• Maintain site excellence and prepare installation vehicles.
