Job summary

The role requires at least 3 years of hands-on experience, the ability to lift 75 pounds, and a valid driver's license with DMV printout.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience maintaining and servicing heavy equipment.
• Must be able to lift 75 pounds unassisted.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and technical support.
• Valid driver's license and DMV printout required for all company vehicle operations.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and physical exam.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heavy machinery in shop or field.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues with tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Provide prompt field service calls and communicate findings to customers and management.
• Document service work, labor hours, parts, and diagnoses on reports and work orders.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures; participate in training and continuous improvement.
