Job summary

Walsh Reclamation Inc. is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to manage excavation, grading, and material movement on multiple Nevada job sites. You will perform daily inspections, basic maintenance, and coordinate with ground crew to maintain safe operations.

Requirements include MSHA certification (or ability to obtain), terrain navigation without GPS, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Travel across Nevada is expected.

Qualifications

• MSHA certification or ability to obtain prior to start.
• Ability to navigate mountain terrain without GPS or survey guide.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery to excavate, grade, and move earth on jobsites.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance (fueling, greasing).
• Coordinate safely with ground crew and other operators, follow site safety procedures.
• Travel to various Nevada job sites as required.
