Job summary

PUSH, Inc. is seeking a CDL A Directional Drill Operator/Locator (HDD) to safely install cables and utilities using trenchless HDD methods. You will read prints, train teammates, and handle bore data while working outdoors across diverse terrains.

Experience with Vermeer or Ditch Witch rigs and locating equipment is preferred. Applicants must pass pre-employment screenings and be able to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL A is required.
• Experience with HDD around utilities in rural and urban areas.
• Ability to train and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Operates HDD equipment for underground utilities installation.
• Ensure proper steering based on job prep and projections.
• Operate machinery to align and adjust to grade specifications.
• Maintain bore profile plots and provide drilling data to customers.
• Follow safety procedures and attend safety meetings.
• Inspect and maintain equipment; perform minor repairs as needed.
• Read utility locates and coordinate day lighting of facilities.
• Assist with basic labor and other job duties.
• Set up and clean up the work site, including traffic control.
