Job summary

Leaf Home is seeking a Field Operations Specialist to oversee daily gutter installation activities across a field office, manage gutter fabrication and delivery, and coordinate with installation contractors to ensure timely completion at customer locations.

The role requires driving a box truck, ladders, and strong safety adherence, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation.
• Active and valid driver’s license and ability to operate a box truck safely.
• Comfort with climbing ladders of varying heights to perform services.
• Demonstrated quality and attention to detail in installation process.
• Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders without dropping the ball.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external parties.
• Self-driven and responsible for achieving business goals.

Responsibilities

• Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness.
• Work with LeafFilter employees and/or Subcontractors to complete gutter fabrication and/or installations.
• Provide quality installation services by following established installation training processes.
• Communicate with local office leadership daily on job progress and issues.
• Provide excellent customer service experience on job site.
• Maintain organized job documents for customer and office use.
• Follow established job site safety rules and company safety policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Position Summary:

Responsible for daily gutter installation operations of a field office including successful completion of full onsite customer installations as well as gutter fabrication and delivery to customer location for third-party installation contractors. Operation of both a company vehicle and gutter machine in varying field conditions.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Travel in assigned territory to complete gutter and gutter protection installations at customer location(s)
• Ensure jobs are installed daily to improve location attainment and effectiveness
• Work with teams of LeafFilter employees and/or Subcontractors to complete gutter fabrication and/or installations of gutters and gutter protection products
• Provide quality installation services by following established installation training processesl
• Communicate with local office leadership daily and as needed on job progress, service issues, completion status, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service experience while on job site
• Maintain organized job documents for both the customer and office administrative purposes
• Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Experience And Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 3+ years of successful experience in home construction, remodeling, and/or gutter installation.
• Must hold an active and valid driver’s license and be able to operate a box truck safely.
• Must be comfortable ascending and descending ladders of varying heights to perform services.
• Demonstrate superior quality and attention to detail in all facets of the installation process
• Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning methods
• Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without “dropping the ball”.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “today not tomorrow” mentality.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Or Certifications

• Prior experience in gutter and/or gutter protection system installation, repair, or inspection is a plus

Travel Requirements

• Occasional overnight travel required.

• Performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates.
