AECOM is seeking an Entry-Level Geologist for our Remediation team in North Carolina. The role combines approximately 80% field work with 20% office duties, supporting environmental assessment and remediation projects across the region, with potential travel to other states.

The position begins in Spring/Summer 2027, with on-site interviews during the Raleigh event. Candidates should have a BA/BS in Geology and be prepared for a rigorous field-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Geology or related field.
• U.S. Citizenship is required for this role.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine fieldwork including soil, sediment, surface water and/or groundwater sampling under supervision.
• Participate in site visits and assist field staff.
• Work within budget and schedule under supervision.
• Collect and analyze data under supervision of experienced staff.
• Prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Attend meetings and report on tasks.
