Prestige Roofing is seeking a skilled Roofing Service Technician to join our team in person. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in roofing repair, maintenance, and installation, with knowledge of various roofing systems and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

You will inspect roofs, diagnose issues, perform permanent repairs, and assist with small replacements while communicating clearly with homeowners and project managers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roofing repairs, maintenance and installations.
• Familiar with multiple roofing systems (shingle, flat, low-slope).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair roof systems (asphalt shingles, TPO, modified bitumen).
• Perform leak investigations and permanent, warrantied repairs.
• Complete small scope roof replacements or system upgrades.
• Install and repair flashing, vents, drip edge, and other roof components.
• Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on siding, gutters, and windows.
• Provide on-site evaluations and assist with estimating repairs or service work.
• Communicate scope of work and findings to homeowners and project managers.

Duties

• Perform leak investigations and execute permanent, warrantied repairs.
• Complete small scope roof replacements or system upgrades when necessary.
• Install and repair flashing, vents, drip edge, and other roof components.
• Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on siding, gutters, and windows as needed.
• Provide on‑site evaluations and assist with estimating repairs or service work.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and project managers about scope of work and findings.
• Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company standards for job site safety.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, materials used, and repairs completed.
• Keep service truck stocked, organized, and maintained.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roofing (repairs, maintenance, and installations).
• Familiarity with multiple roofing systems (shingle, flat, low‑slope, etc.).
• Ability to diagnose leaks and perform quality, lasting repairs.
• Experience with siding, gutters, and windows is a strong plus.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Detail‑oriented with solid problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or on a team.
