Job summary

TAIT & Associates, Inc. is hiring Petroleum Service Technicians to test, maintain, and repair refueling equipment across stations, marinas, and airports. You’ll ensure regulatory compliance for UST/AST systems and work with clients at various sites.

Entry-level to experienced techs are welcome; training is provided and there is emphasis on safety, independence, and professional presentation. Travel is a core part of the role.

Qualifications

• Traveling and working independently are required.
• Mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools are essential.
• Basic computer skills (email, Office) needed.
• Strong communication with clients and teammates is important.

Responsibilities

• Complete required training, including 40-hour HAZWOPER.
• Perform compliance tests (spill bucket, vapor recovery, A/B Inspections).
• Troubleshoot and repair UST/AST equipment.
• Submit reports and timecards using our digital system.
• Communicate with clients and represent TAIT professionally.
• Work independently and follow all safety protocols.
