Job summary

Toyota Lift Northwest in Redmond, OR is seeking a Field Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections on customer equipment. You will work on lifts, reach-trucks, and related material-handling systems, at customer sites with a focus on quality and safety.

This hourly, non-exempt role requires a high school diploma, mechanical experience, and strong communication. You will document work orders, coordinate with dispatch, and uphold TLNW's standards of respect and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 4+ years mechanical experience or demonstrated capability.
• Strong communication, written and oral.
• Ability to lead small team and work independently.
• Experience in customer service within material handling environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM services at designated customer locations.
• Visually check customer lifts and verify PM sign-ups.
• Perform field repairs at customer locations.
• Upsell during repairs and PM agreements.
• Document all work orders using Catavolt.
• Review and close open work orders; ensure safety forms are completed.
• Maintain safety inspections and PPE usage.
• Notify supervisor of safety concerns.
