Shirley Contracting Company, LLC, based in the Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a skilled supervisor to lead crews on transportation and heavy civil projects. You will read plans, organize work, and coordinate with the Project Management Team to meet cost, schedule, and safety goals.

The role requires at least 3 years of supervisory experience, the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders, and the willingness to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen. U.S. work authorization required.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of supervision experience.
• Ability to read plans and understand standards/specifications.
• Ability to organize, plan and schedule work.
• Excellent communication with employees, vendors, inspectors, owners’ reps.
• Must pass pre-employment physical/drug screening.
