Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) seeks a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to lead field projects, supervise crews, and coordinate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors on site. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while managing field scope and changes.

The role requires strong communication, problem solving, and a willingness to learn; lifting 50 lbs and passing background/drug tests are expected. 18+ and US work eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organization skills required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt; able to work on a team.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass background and drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Provide site supervision and on-site leadership for PTS construction projects.
• Serve as main contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors on site.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity at all times.
• Understand contract scope and identify field changes (change orders).
• Lead safety and quality initiatives on the jobsite. Promote a safety culture.
