Job summary

Phillips Tank & Structure (PTS) is seeking a full-time Foreman/Tank Builder to supervise projects on-site, coordinate with customers and subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.

The role requires excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; welding ability is a plus. Applicants must be at least 18, able to lift 50 lbs, and legally eligible to work in the United States.

  • Ability to solve problems and suggest improvements to systems.
  • Welding ability is a plus.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide site supervision and lead on PTS construction projects.
  • Act as point of contact with customers, vendors and subcontractors on site.
  • Maintain safety, quality and productivity on the jobsite.
  • Understand contract scope and identify field changes (change orders).
  • Lead safety on site and foster a safety culture.
