Job summary

Eleven Western Builders, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to coordinate daily site construction activities under the Field Manager. You will support project completion with precision, craftsmanship, organization and documentation—ensuring safety, on-schedule delivery, and budget adherence.

You will lead hands-on carpentry and fixturing, read civil/architectural/mechanical plans, and maintain site safety and quality. Procore proficiency is required; experience with inspections and RFIs is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong carpentry and fixturing experience.
• Ability to read civil, architectural, and mechanical plans.
• Proficient with Procore and standard carpentry tools.
• Operate forklift and scissor lift.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work outdoors in varying climates.
• Lift at least 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Complete onboarding and safety training.
• Document project progress using Procore and submit daily reports.
• Coordinate inspections and manage RFIs.
• Lead daily field activities under Field Manager.
• Maintain safe, organized, and clean job sites.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and inspectors.
• Perform hands-on carpentry, fixturing and installation.
