This role involves up to 80% travel and extensive collaboration with various teams to enhance fleet performance.</p><p>The ideal candidate should possess a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and preferably have 5 years of experience in relevant fields such as refuse or automotive industries. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (accredited) is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• 5 years of relevant work experience in the refuse industry, automotive industry, trucking industry or military maintenance background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coaches field-based Fleet Managers for knowledge transfer.
• Performs site assessments/audits to identify performance improvement.
• Communicates findings and issues to stakeholders.
• Supports Fleet Maintenance Initiatives through travel.
