Job summary

Clean Harbors Weymouth, MA is seeking a Mobile Vehicle Mechanic to join our safety-conscious team. You will perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on the company fleet at branch locations throughout the area.

This role requires a high school diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least 1 year of experience with heavy-duty trucks and DOT inspections. Travel up to 70% within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• 1+ years experience on heavy duty trucks/equipment.
• 1+ years DOT inspection experience.
• Must provide own basic tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% within territory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety is the top priority through safe work practices.
• Perform preventative maintenance and correct equipment deficiencies as directed.
• Inspect equipment and identify unsatisfactory conditions.
• Comply with PPE requirements during all tasks.
• Travel to other locations for repairs and maintenance as required.
• Complete PM paperwork for tracking schedules.
