Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years of administrative, operations, or reporting experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the division's E&C capital budgets.
• Consolidate financial reports on budget status and forecasts.
• Explain variances and analyze project cash flows with PMs.
• Input accruals at quarter-end and create journal entries.
• Present reports to Division Management and roll up to Corporate Accounting.
• Coordinate budget development timelines and meetings.
• Ensure project descriptions, cash flows and justifications are clear.
