Walmart in Fayetteville, TN is seeking a landscape/maintenance associate to operate department activities and ensure safe, compliant exterior service operations. You will support cost controls, prepare work orders, and coordinate with management to maintain facilities to standard.

The role requires a valid driver's license, 21+ years old, and 2 years of landscaping experience; DOT medical may be required. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• DOT physical and medical certification pre-hire.
• Ability to read and speak in English.
• 2 years' experience in the landscaping/gardening industry.

Responsabilités

• Operate department activities and perform assigned duties.
• Promote compliance with Walmart policies and ethics standards.
• Ensure OSHA and EPA guidelines are followed in exterior services.
• Respond to customer needs and resolve issues.
• Maintain clean, safe, and healthy work environment for associates.
• Coordinate with management and Home Office to standardize equipment and reduce on-hand stock.
