Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in manufacturing with equipment installation, startup and troubleshooting.
• 1+ years reading drawings, blueprints and basic system layouts.

Responsibilities

• Operate fabrication equipment to cut, drill, and assemble PVC/CPVC components.
• Measure, fit, and assemble parts per drawings and work orders.
• Perform machine setups, maintenance, and troubleshooting for production efficiency.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure alloys meet standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and report issues.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Load/unload shipments and assist with inventory management.
• Support field installations and system startups for aeration equipment.
• Communicate effectively with contractors and engineering teams during startups.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
