Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Special Events Service Technician to service portable restrooms and holding tanks at events across the region. You will operate service trucks, perform servicing and maintenance, and coordinate with dispatch to meet customer needs.

This role requires driving across sites Thursday through Monday with travel to support events; safety and regulatory compliance are essential. CDL and strong customer service skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's license (CDL A/B with endorsement or Class C, D, or E depending on state).
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Operate service trucks to and from pre-designated work sites and maintain a clean, stocked truck.
• Deliver or pick up portable restrooms, holding tanks, and related equipment.
• Install and remove temporary fences at special events and coordinate with dispatch.
• Follow safety standards and complete required paperwork accurately.
• Interact with customers on-site to ensure service expectations are met.
• Maintain truck logs and report any route issues to management.
