Job summary

Fish Window Cleaning is hiring an Estimator to be the face of our company out in the field. This is a hands-on, in-person role — not a closing job!

You will visit commercial properties, walk the building, assess their windows and other factors, and write an estimate using our pricing system. There’s no sales follow-up required; you are paid hourly and can tailor your schedule around classes or commitments, typically 20-25 hours per week, with hours from 8 am to 5 pm.

Qualifications

• Reliable personal vehicle, car insurance and driver's license.
• Comfortable outdoors and on your feet for several hours in Texas heat.
• Presentable and confident when approaching businesses.
• Able to work independently and stay organized.
• Basic comfort using a smartphone or tablet to log estimates.

Responsibilities

• Visit commercial businesses in person — retail strips, restaurants, offices, storefronts, and introduce Fish to the decision-maker.
• Walk each property and assess and count the glass that needs cleaning.
• Write accurate estimates using our pricing system and log them into the system.
• Target: approximately 60-75 written estimates per week according to the schedule you set.
• Paid hourly with no sales quota or commission tied to closing; you set your own schedule.
