Job summary

Aramark in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Service Technician responsible for repairing and reconditioning equipment at client sites and in-house locations. You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, install equipment, and provide solutions to customer questions and problems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Solid understanding in repairing small electrical appliances.
• Willing to learn how to connect equipment to water sources and drainage.
• Willing to work with copper, braided and PEX lines; training may be needed.
• Ability to read and write in English is required.
• Effective communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Must have an acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Physically able to lift, bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Call on customers to investigate operating difficulties and diagnose issues.
• Repair or adjust equipment to return to working order.
• Clean and maintain equipment on location, including brewers and decanters.
• Document closing calls, invoices, asset verification and required customer documentation.
• Repair and refurbish equipment; maintain spare parts levels.
• Accurately record work performed on company mobile device.
• Maintain positive customer relations and company image.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled service including emergency calls and installations.
