Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is seeking an Equipment Service Technician to perform mechanical services on all cold drink equipment and troubleshoot field issues. The role includes preventive maintenance and working with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities involve repairing equipment in the field, maintaining tickets, managing vehicle inventory, and upholding safety standards with proper PPE.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience.
• Demonstrated mechanical, technical, and electrical aptitude.
• Valid Driver's License and vehicle insurance; Missouri license if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs equipment in the field to keep in proper operating condition; maintains positive customer relationships with effective communication.
• Maintains and completes required work tickets in the handheld equipment.
• Ensures vehicle has accurate parts inventory by practicing Kaizen; orders supplies and conducts inventory audits.
• Builds cross-functional relationships with Planning, Sales, and Customers; coordinates activities effectively.
• Complies with safety standards; maintains safe work area and completes safety training; uses PPE.
