Job summary

ProFrac in Pleasanton, CA is seeking an Equipment Operator who will follow Site Supervisor guidance to deliver services safely and in accordance with environmental and community considerations.

Responsibilities include rig up/down, operating and maintaining equipment, performing routine maintenance, and documenting reports. The role requires travel, irregular hours, and lifting heavy loads in varying conditions. Training will be provided for additional duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read, speak, and write English.
• Willingness to travel to job locations as required.
• Complete safety training and other provided training.
• Must be able to lift heavy loads and work in varied conditions.

Responsibilities

• Rig up, rig down and maintain equipment as directed by supervisory staff.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
• Rig up high pressure iron and hoses to perform well service.
• Perform routine maintenance on all assigned service equipment.
• Drive equipment to and from locations as required.
• Submit daily driver logs and equipment/truck reports, IVDRs, and other paperwork.
• Perform other related duties as required.
