Job summary

bidadoo is seeking an experienced Equipment Inspector to join our field team. You will inspect construction and industrial equipment, create detailed descriptions, photograph assets, and support online auction listings across the US.

The role requires heavy equipment knowledge, strong customer interactions, and willingness to travel up to 60% on-site at yards and customer sites. Base salary with commission, company vehicle, iPhone, and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years mechanical, fleet, rental, service or related equipment experience.
• Significant customer engagement, service and support experience.
• Strong equipment and mechanical skills and diagnostic experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the online inspection and production process for heavy equipment, research, photography/video, descriptions, and logistics.
• Coordinate inspections with partners/customers and schedule visits.
• Write professional asset descriptions and research assets for global auctions.
• Maintain high customer service levels and resolve inquiries and disputes effectively.
