Qualifications

• Safety training and essential experience gained on the job.
• English proficiency to understand safety training and respond in emergencies.
• Valid driver’s license and compliance with driving policy when using company/personal vehicle.
• Knowledge of operating emergency equipment such as fire extinguishers.
• Proficiency in Windows-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as safety representative for safety policies and procedures of both the company and the customer.
• Make chemical pickups at the customer facility as directed.
• Conduct chemical bulking/consolidation as required.
• Ensure the work area is neat and orderly.
• Participate in spill response on the customer's site as needed.
• Attend all compliance and safety update meetings.
• Inspect drums for container integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Responsible for safe loading and unloading of waste hauling vehicles.
