Job summary

Under supervision, you will assist in planning, monitoring, and evaluating programs, while maintaining project files and preparing follow-up correspondence.

Qualifications

• Five years of professional experience in planning, monitoring, coordinating, implementing, modifying and/or evaluating agency programs and services.
• Thirty semester hours are equal to one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicating with local representatives and property owners via email.
• Extensive in-state travel.
• Extensive outdoor walking.
• Documenting inspection findings with photographs and written reports.
• Updating project files and digital records.
• Preparing post-inspection follow-up letters.
• Performing additional duties as needed.
