Roche is seeking a Field Engineering Specialist based near Rochester, NY, to repair, install and service Roche products in customers' labs. The role requires travel and on-site support, diagnosing mechanical, hardware, and software issues while maintaining strong customer relationships.

This is a field-based role that requires daily travel and up to 10% overnight travel. Our ideal candidate would reside in Rochester, New York, or within a 40-mile radius of the area.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of New York is $74,600.00 - $138,600.00 USD Annual USD annual. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
