Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 1-2 years of progressive experience will suffice.
• Successful completion of training or certification as defined by RD Services Leadership and policy is mandatory.
• The ability to travel, including overnight travel, is a requirement for this role.
• 8+ years of progressive experience or a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 4+ years of progressive experience are preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, information technology, and basic chemistry.
• Ability to serve as an internal technical resource and provide after-hours support.

Roche Support Network is dedicated to providing exceptional support to customers. As a Field Engineering Specialist:

This is a field-based role that requires daily travel and up to 55% overnight travel. Our ideal candidate would reside within 50 miles of Memphis, Tennessee.

Who You Are:

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Tennessee is $71,100 - 132,000. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
