JLM Strategic Talent Partners is seeking a Project/Field Engineer with highway electrical experience for site coordination on major infrastructure projects in Oregon. You will support field operations, collaborate with subs and vendors, and ensure timely completion of assignments with a focus on safety and quality.

• The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working as a Project/Field Engineer with Highway Electrical experience at a construction site.
• They thrive in a fast paced and a team oriented environment.
• They get excited about construction projects as well as completing assignments on time.

• Comfortable working within a team environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/SKILLS

• Performs routine duties requiring knowledge of basic engineering principles.
• Limited exercise of judgment is required on details of work.
• Performs specific and limited portions of broader assignments.Being able to communicate with subs and vendors and being able to identify and help solve any discrepancies.
• Knowledge of Submittal/RFI/Change process/Purchase Orders.
• Willing to wear a hard hat, boots and safety glasses (PPE) for field coordination/craft communication and daily field walks.
• Willing to work collaboratively and respectfully within a team environment.
