Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office, programming language, and simulation tools.

Responsibilities

• Commission AC and DC drive systems and/or control software to meet design performance criteria.
• Tune up closed loop regulators for optimal equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot and correct complex control system problems.
• Design, configure, and test system software and hardware per contract.
• Gather information to assess project requirements within scope.
• Provide regular commissioning status reports to stakeholders.
• Lead client witness system acceptance tests when assigned.
• Recommend changes to procedures to improve system performance.
• Maintain safety qualifications and comply with safety requirements.
• Coach associates in technical areas and train client personnel on system maintenance.
• Plan and execute special projects up to 9 months to support the department.
