Job summary

Keller is seeking an experienced Field Engineer for our Las Vegas, NV location to provide on-site technical support to the project team. You will assist with project planning, material tracking, pricing, and cost reporting while performing field data collection and QA/QC tasks to meet safety and project specifications.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
Excellent computer, written and verbal communication skills necessary.
Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

Project Support and Initial Planning: Review project specs and drawings, ensure resources, conduct QA/QC tasks, generate documentation, track production targets.
Risk Management: Understand and follow Keller risk policies; identify and mitigate major risks.
Financial Management: Track time and quantities; coordinate with Superintendent on updates.
Change Management: Track and log changes with Project Manager; escalate as needed.
Safety and Quality Assurance: Participate in safety meetings; ensure compliance with Keller and OSHA standards; log nonconformances and stop-work if needed.
Additional Duties: Perform any other tasks to support branch and company objectives.
