Job summary

The Cincinnati Insurance Companies are seeking a field engineer to provide machinery and equipment boiler inspections in the Northern Minnesota territory, with the possibility to be filled by a trainee or experienced engineer. This role supports territories away from our Fairfield, Ohio headquarters, which are fully remote.

Starting pay ranges from $63,000 to $105,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technically-based bachelor's degree or boiler/pressure vessel experience.
• Ability to travel within the territory and meet job demands.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain territory boiler and pressure vessel inspections.
• Manage territory effectively and independently.
