Qualifications

• Enrolled in an undergraduate program majoring in Mining, Civil, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong academic performance with solid engineering fundamentals.
• Geographic flexibility to work at various sites and outdoors capability.
• Proactive, safety-first mindset with teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct surveying and pit-face tracking using GPS and surveying tools.
• Monitor and optimize crushing, screening, and haulage efficiency.
• Assist with blast pattern layouts and fragmentation analysis.
• Identify bottlenecks and improvise improvements in material handling.
• Participate in MSHA/OSHA safety walks and environmental monitoring.
• Present learnings and contributions to leadership at internship end.
