Qualifications

Responsibilities
Create detailed scope coordination documents utilizing 2D and 3D documentation.
Perform quantity take-offs using 2D and 3D software.
Connect 3D models with estimates directly.

Coordinate with estimating teams, designers, and owners.
Analyze historical cost data.
Travel to various client sites for work approximately 5% of the time.
