Job summary

Bechtel Corporation in Clay, NY seeks a seasoned Indirects Superintendent to support Bechtel projects. You will work with a team of superintendents and craft professionals, influence design input, prepare sketches, estimate materials, and ensure schedules and budgets are met.

You will order materials, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with the Environmental Control Plan while maintaining project safety and quality across site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) required.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years of equivalent work experience.
• Experience on large multi-discipline construction projects.
• Proficient with Office 365 and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Uphold safety values on projects and help develop work schedules.
• Perform quantity take-off and reporting of completions.
• Support team with material, tool and equipment orders.
• Develop, review, and inspect work scopes within Field Sketches.
• Provide directions to subcontractors and vendors.
• Collaborate with Indirect Superintendents, Area Indirects Superintendent and Field Supervisors.
• Ensure design information and inspections are available and timely.
