Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Designs temporary structures used during construction with emphasis on safety considerations.

• Directs foremen or workers on-site.
• Conducts research and accurately reports project status.
• Performs quality control inspections and checks compliance with contract documents.
• Verifies materials meet project timelines and requirements.
• Enforces safety protocols and PPE on site.
• May oversee project budget and communications.
