Webber is seeking a Field Engineer to join our construction team. You will be the liaison between the site and office, supporting the Project Engineer and Superintendent. The role is field-focused, with 75-90% time in the field to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities include tracking work plans, reporting quantities installed, and comparing budgeted vs actual production. A Bachelor’s in civil engineering or construction management, plus strong MS Office skills, is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite required.
• Strong communication in English, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with project staff to track and analyze work plans.
• Developing, maintaining, and reporting daily quantities installed.
• Analyzing budgeted vs actual production rates and material yield.
• Ensuring field work meets project standards and specs.
