Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD and HCSS/Heavy Job.
• Ability to prepare reports in Excel and Word.
• Must have effective working relationships with employees and subcontractors.
• Ability to understand plan specs and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Engineer with shop drawings, submittals, and scheduling.
• Participate in safety meetings and ensure compliance.
• Document Time and Material operations and communicate with clients.
• Negotiate cost, quality, and delivery using company buyout procedures.
• Establish relationships with clients and field inspectors.
