Bechtel Global Corporation in Clay, NY seeks a Field Engineer (Drilled Piers) to provide technical support to field supervision for construction activities across disciplines. The role focuses on installations, scheduling, materials, and documentation in a dynamic project environment.

You will collaborate with craft and supervision, develop installation work packages, perform field inspections, and ensure designs and specs are followed. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field and 1–2 years of relevant work experience, or 5–6 years in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of civil engineering and construction methods and processes.
• Ability to manage teams and communicate plans clearly.
• Experience with Bechtel Standard Work Process Procedures and BSAP systems.

Responsabilités

• Inspect installations and document progress across disciplines.
• Assist field supervision in manpower, tools, and material planning.
• Develop installation work packages aligned with the schedule.
• Prepare short/long-term schedules and coordinate with superintendents/engineers.
• Perform field material takeoffs and report quantities weekly.
