• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline or an equivalent technical degree.
• 3+ years of experience in Engineering, Project Delivery, or a related discipline.

• Develops working knowledge of the project’s design requirements and applies knowledge to project activities.
• Supports the Construction Management Team in the delivery of individual projects, focusing on quality objectives.
• Ensures achievement of safety objectives on assigned projects.
• Coordinates home office design/engineering resources to achieve project goals.
• Organizes and maintains project files and records; works logically and systematically with good time management and superior judgment.
• Interacts with clients on assigned projects and promotes positive relationships.
