Job summary

Tessl is seeking a hands-on Field Engineer to shape how we engage customers technically and build scalable systems. You will own the technical relationship in sales cycles, run demonstrations, and earn trust with developers to CTOs.

You’ll understand customers’ environments, design integrated solutions, and guide onboarding to ensure real value beyond licenses, while coding with the product team to prototype solutions and drive the roadmap.

Qualifications

• Builder mindset; ships integrations and tooling.
• Deep enterprise sales cycle experience across qualification to close.
• Full lifecycle ownership from post-sale to adoption.
• Fluent with AI tooling used in engineering teams.
• Comfort with ambiguity and creating playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Help build field engineering from the ground up and scale processes.
• Own the technical relationship in sales cycles; run demos and answer questions.
• Understand customers' environments and design mapping solutions.
• Guide onboarding and ensure real value from the platform.
• Code alongside product; prototype integrations and inform roadmap.
• Build AI-first GTM tooling and internal automation.
• Surface product insights from field patterns to engineering.
