A premier heavy civil contractor in the Minneapolis area is seeking a Field Engineer to join their on-site team. This role emphasizes mentorship and practical career growth within an ESOP-enabled company.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in a heavy civil contractor setting, exposure to roads, bridges, excavating, underground utilities and concrete. Construction degree preferred; estimating (HCSS) a plus but not required. Must reside in the Minneapolis area.

Qualifications
