Responsibilities
- Carrying out research to find problems and developing solutions.
- Looking after the maintenance of equipment and infrastructure; assisting in the installation of new advanced technologies and interpreting the research team’s requirements.
- Testing installed machines for performance and safety.
- Maintaining reports and handing them to senior and concerned employees.
- Assuming additional responsibilities as they arise.
- Managing technical work at the field level even with minimal supervision.
- Working in adverse settings and climatic conditions.
- Diagnosing problems with existing equipment and fixing them.
- Interpreting technical issues through non‑technical descriptions.
- Communicating fluently with customers and possessing good customer service skills.
- Possessing strong logical skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Job Requirements
- Must understand work directions and communicate effectively with job site foremen, supervisors, and fellow employees.
- Must be able to work eight (8) to ten (10) hours per day, performing work outdoors in all types of weather, including extreme heat.
- Job requires standing, kneeling, lifting up to sixty (60) pounds, pulling, squatting, and walking; maintaining constant awareness of the jobsite’s concurrent activities.
- Willingness and ability to perform manual work.
