  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Previous internship or construction experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
  • Support quality control efforts to ensure work meets project specifications.
  • Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and survey needs for field crews.
  • Track daily and weekly production through quantity reporting and timecard review.
  • Perform quantity takeoffs and measure completed work.
  • Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, inspectors, and owner representatives.
  • Prepare and maintain three-week look-ahead schedules.
  • Assist with project planning, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Maintain accurate project records and reports.
  • Support Project Managers and Superintendents with daily project activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Summary

Select Maintenance LLC. is seeking a motivated Field Engineer to join our Dallas-Fort Worth Division. This entry-level position provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to launch their careers in heavy civil construction while working alongside experienced Project Managers, Superintendents, and Field Operations teams.

The Field Engineer plays a key role in supporting daily project operations by coordinating field activities, tracking production, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications.

Responsibilities
