Job description

We are seeking Field and Office Engineers to support a major civil infrastructure project in DFW. These roles will support both field operations and office engineering functions across multiple civil construction disciplines, ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities (Field & Office)

Field Engineers will support construction activities related to the following scopes of work:

• Utilities and Drainage Systems
• Storm drainage, sanitary sewer, water lines, and associated structures
• Grading and Earthwork
• Excavation, embankment, subgrade preparation, and fine grading
• Asphalt Paving
• Airfield and roadway paving operations, including base and surface courses
• Pavements, slabs, foundations, and structural concrete elements
• Walls and Bridges
• Retaining walls, structural walls, bridge components, and related infrastructure

Additional responsibilities include:

• Reviewing plans, specifications, and submittals for compliance
• Assisting with RFIs, change orders, schedules, and cost tracking
• Performing field observations and documenting progress, quality, and safety compliance
• Preparing reports, logs, and technical documentation

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of combined office and field engineering experience
• Working knowledge of civil construction means and methods
• Ability to work in secure and active airfield environments
