Overview

Company: Versatech Automation Services. Field Electrician in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities

• Install Electrical and Electronic Control Systems and equipment, PLCs, MCCs, Lighting, Power supplies, Fire and Gas, and communications systems with minimal supervision.
• Basic troubleshooting and diagnostic skills of Electrical/Electronic issues relative to Control Systems and equipment.
• Install and maintain Lighting and Power distribution systems.
• Route, fabricate and install cable tray. Route, bend and install conduit runs. Gland and terminate cables. Hook up generators, transformers, MCCs (Motor Control Center) Nav-Aids etc.
• Demolition of cable and conduit runs.
• Proficient in the use of tools of the trade. Read drawings and P&ID\'s. Knowledge of industry standards, National Electrical Code and relevant Government regulations. Recognize and avoid safety hazards and dangers.
• All above functions performed with minimal supervision.
