Innovative Refrigeration Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Electrician to install conduit, wiring, electrical panels, and motor control systems for refrigeration equipment.

The role involves troubleshooting during installations, working with high-voltage systems, and collaborating with the field construction team. The position requires minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience, NEC knowledge, and the ability to travel nationwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience.
• Proficiency with rigid conduit bending and installation (up to 4 inches).
• Knowledge of three-phase motor systems and 480v AC motor control circuits.
• Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Install conduit, wiring, electrical panels, and motor control systems for refrigeration equipment.
• Troubleshoot during installations and work with high-voltage systems.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Maintain and diagnose PLC sensor and control wiring.
• Operate lifts and testing equipment; assist with general construction duties.
