Job summary

Entergy Mississippi, LLC is seeking a Foreman to supervise and coordinate distribution construction and repair, onsite in Nesbit, MS. You will lead line crews, enforce safety, and ensure timely restoration and network performance.

Requirements include a Class A CDL, 8+ years of line experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. 50–75% travel is expected with relocation option Level II.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide leadership and training to line and service personnel.

• Work to ensure network goals and objectives are met or exceeded.
• Manage all SO/SR/WRs in DIS/DSS as needed.
• Organize work and manage multiple tasks and inputs simultaneously.
• Collaborate with others and maintain a positive attitude in extreme conditions.
• Direct construction/repair crews safely and efficiently with attention to detail.
• Assist in Network operations, storm restorations, and directing contract crews.
• Motivate and influence a geographically dispersed workforce on safety and training.
